Robinhood Chain
ETH L2 · Arbitrum stack
A restricted execution loop for tokenized equities on Flap and Robinhood Chain. It reads the launch, reads the vault, checks the mandate, and signs inside a cap.
ETH L2 · Arbitrum stack
Tax token · custom quote · Stocks Vault
Existing wrappers and index baskets only
Allowlist · notional cap · no arbitrary withdraw
The model does not get an open trading account. It gets a narrow policy surface and one job at a time.
Listen for Flap factory and vault creation events.
Verify factory, tax wallet, quote asset, and supported stock list.
Inspect AMM reserves, vault balances, oracle freshness, and inventory.
Check allowlist, price band, pool depth, daily cap, and mandate.
Swap or claim, then publish the transaction hash and resulting state.
This local simulator illustrates the agent's fail-closed logic. It is not connected to a wallet or live market.
Change a condition, then run the gate. One failed invariant halts execution.
Each mode has its own mandate. The agent cannot silently move from one mode into another.
Rebalances stock S and token T only when the pool mid exits a published band. Inventory is capped in S units.
Routes accrued ETH or WETH tax into the mandated stock or basket asset. Stale oracle means no swap.
Claims accrued stock assets to the strategy address. Optional conversion requires a bounded premium.
Compares the tokenized stock pool to the venue print and trades the pool only after fee, gas, and depth checks.
Responds to a Flap launch event only when its vault factory and dividend asset match the mandate.
Maintains published basket weights. It exits policy when supported assets change outside the allowed set.
Stops on depeg, unknown factory, wrong tax wallet, stale oracle, unsupported asset, or exhausted daily cap.
If Stonk Agent cannot prove that an action sits inside policy, it does nothing. Emergency stop belongs to a human key—not the model.
Does not vote the underlying share.
Does not mint the stock token.
Does not promise NAV.
Does not trade HOOD equity.
Does not invent a new stock.
